At Art Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused art supplies in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
